Senior annual subscription costs for 2025-2026 were agreed by the membership at the AGM on 11 June 2025. An inflationary increase of 3.5% was approved for subs, but freezing match fees.
If you will not be training or available for matches regularly, you might want to check if you qualify for 'Occasional Membership'. This is a great option for senior players who can't/don't want to train and play every week. Occasional members can access 'Club Training' sessions and play up to 5 games a season.
Membership fees can also be paid via instalments. Please contact our Treasurer, Liz if you would like to pay by this method. Use the contact card below:
This is NEW this season as part of a major change to the way England Hockey affiliation fees work and how much they cost.
EH will now be charging a fee per player, as well as continuing to charge the club affiliation fees per team and an overall club level fee. This was voted on (by all clubs) and approved at the England Hockey AGM earlier this year.
England Hockey have made it the responsibility of individual clubs to collect this fee, which CCHC then pass on to England Hockey.
This will be applied to members as a seperate one-off charge at the start of the season:

There is a tiered approach to membership fees to reflect the number of hours and level of coaching offered.
As a club, we would never want financial reasons to mean that anyone was unable to join our community or play the sport that we all love, and we are aware that costs mount quickly, especially when you have more than one young person playing.
If you feel cost might stop your young person playing, please talk to us as we want to help, and have a Bursary Policy which is there to support players in this position (please see the 'Our Fees Explained' tab for more information about eligibility and how to apply).
If you wish to discuss the support available, have any other queries about our subscriptions or match fees, or wish to pay membership fees by instalments, please contact our Treasurer, Liz McDade, via the contact form below.

During the regular season, there is no match fee for U6, U8, U10, and U12 outdoor age group fixtures * which are included in the subsciption cost. U14, U16, and U18 age group players are charged a youth match fee for their age group fixtures.
Youth players who play in our senior sides and in senior hockey fixtures are charged the adult concession match fee rate.
*match fees will apply to indoor fixtures as they are accessible to a subset of players only
Senior players who just play in our Back to Hockey training sessions pay a 'Back to Hockey Membership'. They then pay for each training session they attend.
Senior players who just take part in Masters events and do not attend training or play regularly with our senior league sides, pay a 'Masters Membership'. CCHC is aware that not all clubs field masters teams, or have a team in the right age group. If this is the case at your club, you are very welcome to play as a guest with our teams for the EH Masters Club Championship competitions.
*If you are a goalkeeper, student, retired, or seeking employment, you qualify for the 'Concession Rate' for match fees. Please let your captain know, and they can make sure you are charged the correct rate in Teamo.
Why do I need to pay a match fee?
If you would like to spread the cost of membership payment, there is the option to pay by instalments. Please contact the Club Treasurer, Liz McDade using the contact form below, if you would like to pay in this way.
Membership invoices can be found in your 'Payments' area in Teamo.
Payment can be made through the App, or via BACS.

As a club, we would never want financial reasons to mean that anyone was unable to join our community or play the sport that we all love. The Club therefore has a Bursary Policy (see below) to support anyone who wishes to play for the club who may not have sufficient financial resources to meet the full cost of club membership. If you wish to discuss the support available, or if you have any other queries about our subscriptions or match fees, please contact our Treasurer, Rob Harris.
There is no membership fee for CCHC Summer Hockey - all activity is 'Pay & Play'.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
