Why do I need to pay a match fee?
If you would like to spread the cost of membership payment, there is the option to pay by instalments. Please contact the Club Treasurer, Rob Harris using the contact form below, if you would like to pay in this way. Membership invoices can be found in your 'Payments' area in Teamo. Payment can be made through the App, or via BACS.

As a club, we would never want financial reasons to mean that anyone was unable to join our community or play the sport that we all love. The Club therefore has a Bursary Policy (see below) to support anyone who wishes to play for the club who may not have sufficient financial resources to meet the full cost of club membership. If you wish to discuss the support available, or if you have any other queries about our subscriptions or match fees, please contact our Treasurer, Rob Harris.
Senior annual subscription costs for 2022-2023 were agreed by the membership at the AGM on 15 June 2022. The main change to the Senior Membership Subscription for the coming season is a tiered approach to membership fees. This is to better reflect the number of training sessions & level of coaching available when playing higher within the senior sides.
Membership fees can be paid via instalments. Please contact our Treasurer, Rob if you would like to pay by this method.
*If you are a goalkeeper, student, retired, or seeking employment, you qualify for the 'Concession Rate' for both subscriptions and match fees.
*If you are a goalkeeper, student, retired, or seeking employment, you qualify for the 'Concession Rate'.
Please let your captain know, and they can make sure you are charged the correct rate in Teamo. 'Young Professional' members pay full match fees.
Youth annual subscription costs for 2022-2023 were agreed by the membership at the AGM on 15 June 2022. There is a tiered approach to membership fees to reflect the number of hours and level of coaching offered.
Reimbursements and discounts are available for people who volunteer, and we are discussing the option of a 'Family Membership'.
As a club, we would never want financial reasons to mean that anyone was unable to join our community or play the sport that we all love, and we are aware that costs mount quickly, especially when you have more than one young person playing. If you feel cost might stop your young person playing, please talk to us as we want to help, and have a Bursary Policy (please see the 'Our Fees Explained' tab for more info).
If you wish to discuss the support available, have any other queries about our subscriptions or match fees, or wish to pay membership fees by instalments, please contact our Treasurer, Rob Harris, via the contact form below.
For parents with more than one young person at the club, the full rate applies to the oldest, with the sibling rate then applied to any subsequent children according to the age group they are in. Goalkeepers only pay half the full rate for their age group.
For example. A parent has 2 children - child 1, aged 15 who plays U16 hockey & for a senior 4th team, and Child 2, aged 7. Child 1 pays the Full Standard U16 membership (£170), and Child 2, the U8 sibling membership (£100).
U16 & U18 membership has 2 tiers as many of the players in this age group are also playing in our senior (adult) 'Elite' teams which offer 2 additional training sessions per week.
As per 21/22, youth players playing in senior elite teams (1st/2nd/3rd) will be charged an additional £30 to reflect the additional coaching and opportunity this brings.

Occasional membership is a great option for senior players who can't/don't want to train and play every week. Occasional members can access Wednesday Club Training sessions and play up to 5 games a season.
Senior players who just take part in Masters events and do not attend training or play regularly with our senior league sides, pay a 'Masters Membership'. CCHC is aware that not all clubs field masters teams, or have a team in the right age group. If this is the case at your club, you are very welcome to play as a guest with our teams for the EH Masters Club Championship competitions.
*If you are a goalkeeper, student, retired, or seeking employment, you qualify for the 'Concession Rate'. Please let your captain know, and they can make sure you are charged the correct rate in Teamo.

At the AGM on 15 June 2022, Club Members provisionally agreed to keep the cost of match fees the same as last season, pending further cost analysis & a further consultation with the membership over options for lowering costs.
